The contract was signed in the beginning of January 2016 and envisages the construction of a technological line with an annual capacity of 100 thousand tonnes of waste. Construction is expected to take 30 months. Start-up of this installation is planned in first half of 2018. ITPO gross electric power (after building one technological line), at the assumed waste calorific value of 8.5 MJ / kg, will reach 7.87 MWe working in condensation (only electricity production ) and 4,84 MWe when operating in cogeneration. Plant assumed thermal power when operating in cogeneration in nominal terms is 15.4 MW.

EC siekierkiOn the 2nd day of the event we invite you to visit the latest biomass investment in CHP Siekierki belonging to PGNiG Termika - the Strategic Partner of the Forum.

On 6th December 2015, for the first time in the history of the company PGNiG TERMIKA green energy was obtained from K-1 boiler which burns only biomass, with storage and transport capacity, which works with an average yield of 170 t / h combined with a steam manifold for about 2 hours, so that produces approximately 80 MWh of entitlement to the green certificates.
