Andrzej Kaźmierski Andrzej Kaźmierski, Director of Renewable Energy Department, Ministry of Energy, Poland
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in computer science. Prior to taking over in March 2016 as Director of the Department of Renewable Energy in the Ministry of Energy, he performed various functions, including system designer, project manager mainly in the field of ICT, also managed companies in the field of IT and production of medical electronics. In the 90's he worked as a director in Polish and foreign ICT companies. After 2002, he managed technology and shopping at TVP. Since 2011 he was an independent management consultant, he has also served as an interim manager for a group of Bank Ochrony Środowiska. For years he has been dealing with the subject matter of regulated sectors.
Tomasz Bendlewski Tomasz Bendlewski, Director of the Energy and Gas Industry Department, Asseco Poland
A graduate of the University of Agriculture in Poznań (1990), scholarship holder of the European Union FH Weihenstephan (1991-1992). In the years 1994 - 1999, expert and Project Manager implemented under the assistance programs Phare and USAID. He started his professional career at the Voivodship Office in Poznań, in the years 1993 - 2005 a member of the board and supervisory boards of commercial law companies related to economic consulting, IT and the energy industry. Since 2006, he has been associated with the Asseco capital group, where he is the person managing the energy and gas sector. Co-author of a number of energy market research, development strategies for energy companies, restructuring programs and studies on the development of the energy market. Member of Steering Committees in several major Polish IT projects implemented for the energy sector. Co-author of Asseco's development strategy on domestic and foreign markets, supervising the development of Asseco products and their internationalization and globalization.
Piotr ordyna Piotr Ordyna, Advisor to the Board for Regulation, Tauron Dystrybucja, Poland
Piotr Ordyna received his master’s degree from Electrotechnology, Automation and Electronics Department, AGH – University of Science and Technology, Krakow. He also finished postgraduate studies in: new methods in electrical power engineering managament at the University of Lodz; business economics and management at Krakow University of Economics; and electrical power engineering in EU at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Over 22 years of his profesional career he has held a number of positions at all managament levels of a utility - Tauron Dystrybucja. From 2006 to 2007 he was Social Advisor to the President of Energy Regulatory Office in Expert Team for European Cooperation. From 2009 to 2011 he was a PKEE representative in EURELECTRIC Networks Committee. He is a member of PTPIREE, PKEE i SEP.

She deals with broadly understood economic law, with particular emphasis on company law. She has extensive experience in providing services to entrepreneurs, including from the energy and public sectors. In her previous professional practice, she has dealt with creation and restructuring of business entities and capital groups, M & A transactions, investment projects, corporate governance consultancy as well as ongoing consultancy for entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations. She advises, among others in the field of creating organizational structures for cooperation within energy clusters and prepares legal documentation related to undertaking cluster initiatives and cluster coordinator's activities.

She specializes in servicing the energy sector. Advises on current operations to sellers and distributors of electricity, heat and gas. Prepares energy contracts, issues issues related to connection to the grid, balancing customer consumption and DSR services, advises energy-intensive enterprises. She deals with projects in the field of distributed energy - she supports clients in the planning and implementation of renewable energy investments (including clusters) and the development of smart metering. She deals with issues related to environmental protection (including waste management, including for energy purposes, qualification of production residues, emission of substances to the environment).

A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics and postgraduate studies in "Electricity Markets". Expert in the energy industry with several years of professional experience, which he gained in energy companies and at the Distribution System Operator. Professionally involved in distributed energy, problems of balancing the power system and concepts of civic energy, including the concept of energy clusters. Author and co-author of studies, concepts, projects on the use of Renewable Energy Sources in construction, in the operation of enterprises and local government units - including the Smart City concept.
Baerte de Brey Baerte de Brey, Stedin expert and board member at ElaadNL, the Netherlands
ElaadNL is the knowledge and innovation centre in the field of (smart) charging infrastructure and is owned by the Dutch DSOs. Responsible for analyzing the long-term effect of electric mobility on the electricity grids, Baerte helps building a sustainable business case around this transition. This includes vehicle2grids, EV-storage and customer behavior research. He graduated from Leiden University in 2001 with a law degree and received a MBA from Nyenrode Business University in 2006. As an expert for the European Commission he sometimes reviews collective European programs concerning EV interoperability and smart charging. In his evening hours Baerte is a member of the Council of the Province of Utrecht.

Currently a representative of the coordinator of the Local Energy System Cluster "Brenergia" in Brenna. Head of the local energy system team on the project "Kotarz Arena - Center of Active Recreation in Brenna".
Jan Grzeskowiak Jan Grześkowiak, Centrum Rozwoju Komunalnego, coordinator of Ostrów Energy Cluster, Poland
He is a graduate of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in 1987, in the field of agricultural and forest technology as well as renewable energy sources and waste management. Moreover, he is a holder of the post-graduate studies: University of Economics in Poznań, University of Lodz, Fortum Academy. In the years 1991 - 2003 he was the President of the Management Board - the Director managed Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłownicze SA, in 2004 - 2007 he worked on managerial positions in the energy corporation FORTUM, in 2008 - 2015 he worked on managerial positions in the DALKIA / VEOLIA corporation. He has the right to sit on supervisory boards in State Treasury and self-government companies.
Tomasz Koprowiak Tomasz Koprowiak, Energy Advisor to Regional Fund on Environment Protection and Water Management, Warmia i Mazury Region, Poland
Born on March 10th, 1956 in Brusy. Master of Arts in Polish Philology, between 1990-2014 mayor of city and district Kisielice. In 1998 he initiated the process of implementing renewable energy sources in his district. First successful RES implementation, in 2006 when 27 wind turbines have been installed in his area, 1,5 MW each. Today, there are 52 wind turbines operating in the district of Kisielice, generating energy of 94,5 MW. In years 2005-2012, Mr. Koprowiak managed and coordinated investments in engine-installation on straw and heat distribution infrastructure, allowing 85% of Kisielice to utilize low-emission heating. Due to his efforts, first biogas installation appeared in the area (1MW of heat and power) and first photovoltaic installation (99,4 kW). In 2014 European Commission rewarded Kisielice with "MANAGEENERGY" main reward, as part of the "Sustainable Energy Europe & ManageEnergy Awards" project. In the same year, Mr. Koprowiak received "Eko-Lider" of Warmia and Mazury reward. As a mayor, he was a very active memeber of many ecological initiatives, vice-president of SGPEO (Districts Promoting Renewable Energy Association) Presently, he is a Board Representative for the Regional Fund for Environment Protection and Water Management in Olsztyn, expert and advisor in energy management. For his work, decorated with Golden Cross of Merit, as well as Honorary Medal for his accomplishments for the Environment Protection and Water Management.
Gerard Lipinski Gerard Lipiński, Project Coordinator, National Center for Research and Development, Poland
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Łódź University of Technology (1990) and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź (1994). He graduated from many specialized training courses, including those organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Venice International University and the Polish Science Foundation. For about 7 years he worked at the Institute of Thermal Technology in Łódź, he directed the Measurement Laboratory and the Measurement and Research Team performing many projects for industry (including Bełchatów Power Plant). He was also a member of the ITC Scientific Council. For about 2 years he worked at the Płock Power Plant S.A. He created and directed the Department of Energy Auditing. In the years 2001-2011 he dealt with energy issues and the reduction of pollutant emissions in the Ministry of Economy and the Environment. He has worked as an expert in the Framework Programs and Horizon 2020 and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology in Budapest and the Energy Community in Vienna and DG TAIEX of the European Commission. As an expert he has implemented 2 Europeaid projects related to energy, economy and environment in the former Yugoslavia. Since 2008 he has started cooperation with the National Center for Research and Development, where for about 5 years he has coordinated the Strategic Energy Advanced Technology Program. At present, the Center coordinates the area of Energy.

Expert in RES and energy clusters, expert with the Parliamentary Group for Mining and Energy, member of the Industry Transformation Group at the Polish Ministry of Development. Author of multiple publications on energy storage and distributed energy resources. Founder of ADM Poland, a consultancy firm providing advisory and marketing services to the Polish RES market. For 10 years she has been in charge of sales and marketing in Poland at Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. (Visual Information Systems divisions). Previously as the press officer of Carcade S.A. recognised as one of the best press officers of financial institutions in Poland (by Gazeta Prawna and Home&Market). Graduated from the University of Warsaw (MSc in economics, MSc in German philology) and Kozminski University (MBA).

Janusz Bieńkowski Janusz Bieńkowski, representative of the Karkonosze Energy Cluster on behalf of Energy Saving Systems Sp. z o.o., Poland
A graduate of the Institute of Design and Operation of Machines at the Wrocław University of Technology. For several years associated with the dispersed renewable energy and the European idea of Energy Regions, currently in Poland in the form of Energy Clusters, which he prefers to call Autonomous Energy Regions. Initiator of Energy Clusters in Lower Silesia jointly with Energy Advisors of WFOŚiGW in Wrocław. He treats Perovskits technology as the basic technology of solar energy, and as the technology of tomorrow and energy storage as indispensable elements in dispersed energy. Electromobility for him is not a technological evolution but a revolution in the concept of shared public and individual communication.
