We are pleased to announce that Michał Kieruczenko joined the group of speakers of 3rd Seminar on "Development prospect of cogeneration". He is Chief Specialist of Investment and Development Planning, Department of Economic Planning and Investment Devices in  Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna Sp. z o.o. (SEC) based in Szczecin.
