In July 2008 became a member of the Towarowa Giełda Energii SA (currently: POLPX), and in August of the BlueNext stock exchange in Paris (which was closed in December 2012). From November 2013 PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. is member of the European Energy Exchange (EEX), on which they act as market maker (spot, forward). PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. is responsible for balancing the CO2 emission allowances within the PGE Capital Group. They also trade actively with national and international companies within the EU ETS system. Membership on the stock exchanges and direct cooperation with other market participants allows PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A efficiently trading with EUA emission allowances and CER / ERU units.PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. offers cooperation in the spot and forward market on the basis of the "Framework Agreement" and the standard contracts as: IETA, ISDA, EFET.
