Adam Dybowski, ITPOE Manager at PGE Energia Ciepła will talk about the waste incineration plant in Rzeszów during our 8th Forum of Biomass and Waste. He graduated from the Rzeszów University of Technology at the Faculty of Chemistry - Control of Chemical Processes. He has been involved with the energy industry for over 21 years. He worked as a Senior Shift Master in Stalowa Wola Power Plant. He managed the installation for transforming thermal hazardous waste as the Installation Manager at Eko -Top sp. Z o.o. Then he was the Director of Thermal Waste Disposal there, as well as the Deputy Technical Director. Currently, she is the Head of the ITPOE Department at PGE Energia Cieplna Branch Elektrociepłownia in Rzeszów. The installation is a producer of heat and electricity, satisfying over half of Rzeszów's heating needs.
