The conditions for participation:
- The cost of one person participation in the event is as follows:
- 340 EUR for persons who applied for participation until 31th October 2014
- 390 EUR for persons who applied for participation after 31th October 2014
- The fee for participation in the event includes: participation in the Forum, the event materials, refreshments during the event such as: lunch, coffee, tea, water.
- Sending the completed and signed application form to the Center for Business Education by fax or email equals to conclusion of the agreement between the Center for Business Education and the Applicant.
- Confirmations of participation in the event will be sent along with the pro-forma invoice to the specified e-mail address or by fax within two working days from the receipt of application form.
- Submission of an application form means the obligation to pay. Please, make a payment within seven days from the date of submission of an application form, but not later than before the event.
- The condition for admission to the event is to make a payment before the event to the following bank account: Center for Business Education, Chmielna 35/200, 00-021 Warsaw; BIC/SWIFT: DEUTPLPX; IBAN: PL 92 1910 1048 2753 5808 1534 0001; name of the bank: Deutsche Bank Polska S.A.
- A copy of deposit slip or cash transfer must be sent by e-mail or by fax: +48 22 82 77 123.
- After receiving a copy of deposit slip, an invoice will be issued within seven working days and sent by post to the address specified in the application form.
- The note on resignation from participation in the event must be sent by registered mail to the organizer's address
- Failure to make a payment is not synonymous with resignation from participation.
- A person who applied for participation in the event can be replaced by another employee of the company.
- In case of the cancellation of participation from 30 to 14 days before the event, we charge a handling fee of 85 EUR.
- Those who have paid the fee for the training and cancel their participation 14 to 7 days before the event will receive 50% refund of the fee.
- Those who have not paid the fee and cancel their participation 14 to 7 days before the event are required to pay a fee amounting to 50% of the participation cost.
- We do not accept cancellation of participation to the event submitted seven days before the event or later. If you do not cancel your booking and do not participate in the event,the full amount of participation fee is required.
- Center for Business Education reserves the right to make any changes in the event agenda and, in special cases, to change the date of the event.
