Piotr Kolasa, Legal advisor, Polowiec i Wspólnicy Law Office A graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Attorney at law in Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Participant of many conferences and trainings. He actively works for the development of renewable energy sources in Poland. He deals with ongoing servicing of business entities. He gained his experience while implementing wind farm construction processes in Poland - legal assistance including negotiation of contracts, support in the selection of the location and its acquisition, environmental decisions and construction permits for approximately 20 projects with a total connection capacity of over 40 MW. In addition, he has experience in the field of corporate law, commercial law, civil procedure, bankruptcy and restructuring law, and industrial property law, in this respect he supports both capital groups as well as enterprises from the SME sector. |

Roland Kok, Head of Customer Solutions, innogy Renewables Roland has a background within the RWE/innogy Group already since 2010. From 2012 – 2015 he worked on project development activities in the North of the Netherlands (on modern coal/biomass). He left the technology domain in 2015 and started to work with Essent (which is part of innogy Retail) to develop the biofuels and biomethane portfolio. In 2017 he started working for innogy Renewables in the Commercial Business Unit. This department is responsible to managing all revenue stream of the to 4 GW global renewable capacity. Since a few months Roland is Head of Customer Solutions and in this role responsible together with the global team to deliver flexible PPA solutions |

Michał Lubieniecki, Partner, Deloitte He has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and infrastructure financing in advisory, debt and equity financing and principal investment roles, primarily in capital-intensive sectors such as infrastructure, power, gas&oil, mining and telecoms. Michał worked for financial institutions, as well as advisory and investment organizations in Warsaw, London and Luxembourg. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and full-time MBA programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He is CFA charter holder since 2004. |

Anna Kowalczyk, Global Key Account Manager, Enel Green Power Anna jest doświadczonym i zaangażowanym specjalistą ds. energii odnawialnej, który obecnie pracuje jako kierownik ds. kluczowych klientów globalnych w Enel Green Power. Odpowiada za rozpoznanie i zawarcie umów zakupu energii, pomagając firmom zoptymalizować pozyskiwanie energii i zmniejszyć ślad węglowy. Przed objęciem tego stanowiska Anna pracowała w zespole ds. rozwoju biznesu, najpierw w Afryce i na Bliskim Wschodzie, a następnie jako kierownik działu planowania rozwoju biznesu w Ameryce Południowej. Uzyskała tytuł magistra stosunków międzynarodowych na Uniwersytecie Łódzkim oraz MBA na EADA Business School w Barcelonie. Obecnie pracuje i mieszka w Madrycie. |

He gained his first professional experience in the design of ventilation systems and water treatment plants. He has been working at Bank Ochrony Środowiska since 2014. Currently, the main scope of work is the topic of financing ecological projects and cooperation with environmental protection funds. |
