We inform, that Piotr Mrowiec, Associate Partner at Rödl & Partner in Poland, will talk about the construction of PPAs during the seminar "Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)" organized by us, which will take place on August 29, 2019 in Katowice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University Poznań as well the Faculty of Law of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) where he obtained the title of Master of German & Polish Law. He specializes in energy and administrative law, legal due diligence and cross border transactions. He assists businessmen investing in renewable energies and supports their OZE projects concerning renewable energies and due diligence. He is the author of numerous publications and articles. He is official mediator listed in the Regional Court in Poznań. He has been working in Rödl & Partner since 2008. He speaks German and English.
