The National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) is the executive agency of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. It was established in the summer of 2007 as a unit implementing tasks in the field of science, science, technology and innovation policy of the state. At the time of its inception, it was the first unit of this type, created as a platform for effective dialogue between the science and business environment. NCRD will be represented by Mr. Maciej Martyniuk, project coordinator in the section of innovative methods of program management.
