seminar "Energy Clusters, Cooperatives and Virtual Power Plants in Poland" which will take place on January 30, 2018 in Warsaw. Paweł Kupczak is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology and the University of Economics in Krakow. In 2009-2015 he coordinated a number of EU projects. Currently, an expert evaluating projects submitted to Operational Programs, a member of the Working Group on Małopolska smart specializations. For 2 years, the Vice President of the Management Board of PEC Geotermia Podhalańska S.A. Co-founder of the Energy Cluster "Serce Podhala" - one of the precursors and innovators in the field of energy clusters in Poland.
