Dr Didier Gambier, Director of the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASME), the European Commission, has joined us for the seminar on "Virtual Power Plants and Renewable Energy Cooperatives in Poland", which will take place on29th September 2016, in Warsaw.
