IX edycja Forum będzie koncentrować się na możliwościach rynków biomasy i odpadów, w szczególności na obszarach biznesowych, prawnych i technicznych. Eksperci ocenią potencjał biomasy oraz paliw alternatywnych (RDF, SRF) na rynku i będą dyskutować na temat polityki rozwoju branży WTE (waste to energy) oraz zaprezentują najnowsze wdrożenia inwestycyjne z rynku.

We are pleased to announce that Paul Stapleton, Managing Director of Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks),will give a lecture during the 9th edition of "Smart Communications & Technology Forum - power grid inventory" which will take place on 27th February 2020 in Warsaw. In his presentation "Progressing a smart distribution system in a small peripheral region” he will discuss context for the electricity system in Northern Ireland and enabling the energy transition through greater access to the distribution network. As every year, we invite you to the international conference "Smart Communications & Technology Forum - power grid inventory" which will be held on February 27, 2020 in Warsaw.

The upcoming 9th edition focuses on the subject of inventory, passporting and energy network inspection. The main goal of the Forum is to gather electricity distributors and smart grid experts from many countries in order to exchange experiences on the latest achievements. The event is the largest meeting of specialists in this field in Poland.

Progressing a smart distribution system in a small peripheral region in Northern Ireland, implementation of the GIS System together with inventory and passporting of the distribution assets, inspection and imaging of power lines of all voltages – new technologies, digital transformation in data management of network assets, on the example of the development of Geographic Information System (GIS), energy network passporting and inventory - legal aspects in Polish and European context and accelerating the efficiency of power grid inspections using drones- are issues that will be discussed during the forum.

W dniu 17 grudnia 2019 roku odbyło się nasze seminarium "Przedsiębiorca jako prosument OZE - mikroinstalacje". Skupiło się na tematach finansowania inwestycji dotyczących w szczególności energii słonecznej, jak również na kwestiach regulacyjnych. Omówiliśmy skąd pozyskać środki i jak sfinansować inwestycję w OZE, przedstawiliśmy wdrożenia mikroinstalacji z różnych części Polski skupiając się na aspektach praktycznych. Duże zainteresowanie wzbudziła również prelekcja dotycząca podłączania mikroinstalacji do sieci przez OSD. Dziękujemy wszystkim prelegentom, jak również uczestnikom za interesującą dyskusję.

Emmanuel Desplechin, Secretary General at ePURE will give an opening lecture during the second edition of the seminar "Biofuels - law, market, trends", which will take place on February 18, 2020 in Warsaw. In his presentation "The role of ethanol in achieving the European climate and energy goal" he will discuss the EU policy framework, its progress so far as well as the impact on the ethanol and gasoline market from a commercial perspective.Emmanuel leads the ePURE team, which he first joined in 2013 as Director of Government Affairs responsible for energy and environmental affairs. Before coming to ePURE, Emmanuel was Senior Manager for Public Affairs with Novozymes. His career in public affairs and advocacy also includes positions with UNICA, the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association, and the Industrial Ethanol Association. He holds a Master's Degree from the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux and an LL.M in European Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid.
