Rafał Hajduk, legal counsel, Partner at Domański Zakrzewski Palinka Rafał Hajduk is head of the energy advisory team at Domański Zakrzewski Palinka. He handles all types of projects in the energy sector and advises on, e.g. investments in energy infrastructure, particularly power plants, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and trading in energy, fuels, greenhouse gas emission allowances and related derivatives. He also advises on regulatory and contractual matters. Rafał is official Polish legal counsel to EFET (European Federation of Energy Traders). |

Christina Sobfeldt Jahn, Head of PPA Origination & Execution, Ørsted Head of PPA Origination & Execution at Ørsted – one of the world’s largest renewable energy companies that today ranks as the most sustainable company in the world in the Global 100 index by Corporate Knights. For the last 10 years, Christina has held a number of senior roles within the offshore wind organisation and helped the company’s transformation from a fossil-based energy company to global market leader in offshore wind. She currently leads the team responsible for all European Corporate CPPA partnerships and in the past 6 months, her team have successfully delivered a CPPA partnership with the world's largest food and beverage company, Nestlé and also the world's largest offshore wind PPA with Covestro, a world-leading supplier of high-performance polymer materials. Prior to her current role, Christina was Head of Portfolio, Asset Management owning Ørsted’s offshore wind assets in UK West coast with full responsibility for the operational asset P&L. She has also held responsibility for Joint Ventures & Investment Support and lead a number of M&A transactions. |

Hanns Koenig, Principal, Aurora Energy Research Hanns Koenig is a Principal in Aurora’s Berlin office, which he co-founded in 2015. He leads the firm’s business in Poland. Hanns holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a master’s degree with honours in International Relations & International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna and Washington, DC. |

Roland Kok, Head of Global Services (PPAs & Origination), RWE Renewables
Roland has a background within the RWE/innogy Group already since 2010. From 2012 – 2015 he worked on project development activities in the North of the Netherlands (on modern coal/biomass). He left the technology domain in 2015 and started to work with Essent (which is part of innogy Retail) to develop the biofuels and biomethane portfolio. In 2017 he started working for innogy Renewables in the Commercial Business Unit. This department is responsible to managing all revenue streams of the to 4 GW global renewable capacity. From mid 2018 till mid 2020, Roland was the Head of Customer Solutions and in this role responsible together with the global team to deliver flexible PPA solutions. As of July 1, Roland works as Head of Global Services in the PPAs & Origination department of RWE Renewables. |

Iwona Jacaszek-Pruś, Corporate Director, Kompania Piwowarska Iwona Jacaszek-Pruś - since 2017 corporate affairs director at Kompania Piwowarska SA, head of the team responsible for internal and external communication, company reputation, sustainable development and public affairs activities of the company, member of the company management team. In the years 2003 - 2016 she was responsible for a similar area being a member of the Coca-Cola HBC Poland management team. Prior to that she has gained professional experience at British-American Tobacco Polska, at Burson-Marsteller agency, at the Gdańsk Institute for Market Economy Research and at ABC Consulting. On top of it she gave lectures on marketing strategies and integrated marketing communication at the Canadian International Management Institute. She serves as the member of the Executive Committee of the Union of Employers of the Brewing Industry in Poland. In the years 2004 - 2016, a member of the Management Board, from 2010 holding position of the vice-president of the Polish Federation of Food Producers Employers' Association. In the years 2003-2016 a member of the Supervisory Board of Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań SA, from 2006 acting as the Chairman of the Board. She is a graduate from Foreign Trade at the University of Gdańsk. |

Stéphane Rouschmeyer, Regional Capex & Projects Manager, Asahi Breweries Europe Group Stéphane is a finance professional with 7.5 years of international FMCG experience across finance & procurement in companies such as SABMiller, AB InBev and Asahi. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), One Young World ambassador and Durham University Graduate in Accounting & Finance. Since 2018 he has been responsible for Asahi Europe’s regional Capex agenda as well as executing strategic sustainability and commercial projects such as transitioning our business to 100% renewable electricity. |

Łukasz Wyłuda, Global Energy Category Leader, Orange Polska S.A. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has been associated with the energy market since 2008. He worked in various market sectors (designing energy networks - ENCO Sp.z o.o., market regulator - Energy Regulatory Office, energy trading and distribution company - PKP Energetyka S.A.). In the years 2011–2015 he worked in the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, where he was responsible for supervision over trading on the electricity, gas and Property Rights markets of the Polish Power Exchange. During this period, on the part of the PFSA Office, he also participated in the process of launching the gas market on the Polish Power Exchange in Poland. From 2015 at Orange Polska S.A. deals with the creation and implementation of strategies for purchasing electricity and gas, management of the Property Rights portfolio, conducting negotiations with suppliers as part of purchasing procedures, as well as the development and implementation of the company's climate policy. From 2018, as part of the Orange Group, he was responsible for coordinating the strategy of purchasing electricity in the European countries of the Orange Group and advice on purchasing proceedings in those countries. In the years 2019-2020, by taking part in the negotiations of the PPA agreement signed by Orange Polska, he was responsible for assessing the market risk of the concluded contract. |
