David Viduna David Viduna, Head of Origination, ČEZ, Czech Republic
David Viduna is Head of Origination in ČEZ, responsible for the global commodity origination activities of the ČEZ Group. David has background in natural sciences (PhD, Charles University in Prague) and business (MBA, University of Pittsburgh). David is a member of WGs in EFET and Eurelectric.
Piotr Rutkowski Piotr Rutkowski
He advises the Minister of Digitization in matters of blockchain, as the leader of the stream of distributed ledgers, and at NASK in the Office of Strategic Development of Cybersecurity. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw, where he studied physics and astronomy. He also completed post-graduate studies in photography and image information at the University of Warsaw. He completed a course in the basics and applications of cryptography at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). He completed post-graduate studies in teleinformatic security at the National Defense University. He is a co-creator of the regulatory system for the telecommunications sector in Poland. He is a co-founder and vice-president of the Mikromakro Institute, a think tank striving for the social acceptance of new technologies, which has developed the position of a competence center on drone applications and organizer of drone applications for student science clubs. He is the vice-chairman of the Council of the Future Research Center at Collegium Civitas. He co-created the practice of new technologies at the Wardyński & Wspólnicy law firm, including, inter alia, the area of law - protection of personal data, participating in the preparation of the first opinion on blockchain in Poland, as well as advisory to the Brussels think-tank Central Europe Energy Partners. He also deals with popularizing knowledge on regulatory and market conditions for the development of new technologies, telecommunications, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and critical infrastructure. Regardless of scientific publications, lectures for students at Collegium Civitas and at the Jagiellonian University, participation in numerous conferences, his achievements include several hundred journalistic texts, including in Computerworld and in Polityka.

Paul Jungst Paul Jüngst, Head of Tradescouting, Trianel, Germany
Paul Jüngst is Head of Trendscouting, an innovation division working on behalf of the 58 regional utilities holding Trianel shares. Before he joined Trianel in late 2016 Paul was active in the Polish energy market for about eight years. As executive in a private equity fund his responsibilities included the management of a portfolio of start-ups in energy. Those included cooperations with the likes of GAZ-SYSTEM, PGE and PGNiG.
Maciej Kawecki Dr Maciej Kawecki, Director Of The Department of Data Management, Ministry of Digital Affairs, Poland
Dr Maciej Kawecki, the coordinator of the national reform of personal data protection, manages the Department of Data Management at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Doctor of legal sciences. In 2016 - 2017, an adviser in the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Digitization. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, where he defended his doctoral dissertation on the EU reform of personal data protection. He also studied at the University of Stockholm and the University of J.W. Goethe in Frankfurt. In 2015-2016 he was employed in the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. Author of several dozen publications in the field of personal data security, participant in dozens of national and international scientific conferences in the field of new technologies law. Dr Kawecki became the laureate of the Wolters Kluwer Polska competition and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna - Rising Stars 2017, receiving a special prize in November 2017. In the same year, Dr. Kawecki, in the ranking conducted for years by the same newspaper, was on the list of 50 most-influential lawyers, taking the 23rd place. Justifying the granting of these awards, attention was paid to the titanic work done by Dr. Kawecki for the implementation of the EU personal data protection reform in Poland, the result of which is passed and signed on May 22, 2018 by the President of the Republic of Poland, a new Data Protection Act personal and draft introductory provisions, which changes about two hundred legal acts.
Rafal Skowronski Rafał Skowroński, Head of The GRIDNET Project
He is a researcher at the Poznan University of Technology, where he is the head of the GRIDNET researach project. He specializes in applied cryptography, network security, reverse-engineering, Blockchain technology, power industry (Smart-Grid technology) and secure programming. Speaker at conferences related to the field including IEEE SmartGridComm (2017), ICOIN 2017 (Vietnam), BlockchainTechCongress (2018), EuroPower (2018) and others. Author of the theory of the Blockchain Enabled Cyber-Physical Systems; published recently in Future Generation Computer Systems. Creator of the first truly decentralized architecture for Smart Grids and author of the first communication protocol rewarding intermediaries of a data exchange on a per-byte basis using blockchain technology.
Marek Marczuk Marek Marczuk, Managing Director, Business Development & Partnerships, Billon Group
Marek in Billon is responsible for business development and building strategy for the evolution of products in DLT / blockchain technology in accordance with market requirements. He specializes in digital transformation, building brand awareness and cooperation with business partners and government and scientific institutions. He has extensive experience in building sales of comprehensive solutions acquired in cooperation with global telecommunications service providers in Europe. Previously, he was associated with the telecommunications industry. As the Managing Director of Sagemcom Polska, he was also responsible for sales of solutions and business development in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe in the telco, energy and retail sectors. His previous companies include Huawei Polska, where he worked as the Director of Strategy and Sales of Solutions and Alcatel-Lucent in Great Britain.
Dawid Zielinski Dawid Zieliński, CEO, Columbus Energy, Poland
Entrepreneur and innovator. Founder and President of the Management Board of Columbus Energy SA listed on the Newconnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, leader in sales and installation of solar panels for homes and enterprises in Poland, a company that has grown 10 times in two years. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, a manager with corporate experience in such companies as Air BP in London, and MARS Polska. He has been on the boards of companies since 2009. He runs the investment company GEMSTONE SA.

Andrzej Dulka has many years of professional experience in managing corporations in the high technology and telecommunications sector. Associated with the ICT industry for 25 years, working for AT & T, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia. He was the President of Alcatel-Lucent Poland and the Managing Director of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe. Known for his activity, he actively participates in conferences, appears in the public and is present in the media, where he often speaks out presenting both the viewpoint of IT and telecommunications industries as well as equipment suppliers. He is an engineer of automation by education, he also completed daily studies in the field of management.

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. He graduated from the Executive MBA at the Leon Koźmiński University. He gained many years of experience in the IT industry in Polish and international IT companies, providing consulting services and designing solutions for the telecommunications, insurance, finance and many other sectors. He is one of the originators and at the same time the main architect of the original ChainDoc solution by Atende S.A., based on blockchain technology. He specializes in blockchain technologies and the Internet of Things.
