The task of the Polish Chamber of Commerce Recycling (OIGR) is to undertake actions aimed at creating fundamentals of legal, economic and organizational conditions for the functioning of an efficient system in Poland concerning recovery and recycling of waste. We want to contribute to increase the profitability of economic subject to collection and waste management - including municipal. Furthermore, the creation of the financial system in accordance to the idea that "polluter pays".
