Andrzej Rubczyński, Director of Regulatory and External Relations, PGNiG Termika, Poland He was graduated of the Warsaw University of Technology and MBA postgraduate studies. Currently he holds the position of Director of Regulatory and Legislative in PGNiG TERMIKA, focusing on issues of legislation, in particular the energy law and legislation related to renewable energy. He is co-creating the assumptions and directional guidance for long-term development plans of the company basing on the legal and business energy analysis conducted in the number of years. In his career he has also gained experience in the construction and operation of energy facilities, working for many years as the Director of Investment and working in the running of CHP plant and power plant, both at home and abroad. |

Dr Ella Stengler, Managing Director, CEWEP (Confederation of European Waste to Energy Plants) Ella Stengler is the Managing Director of CEWEP (the Confederation of European Waste-to-Energy Plants) since July 2003. She is dealing with European Affairs and European policy on waste, environment, energy, emissions, etc. Current top priorities are the European Energy Union, the Circular Economy and Best Available Techniques. Ella is working in the waste business since almost 20 years. Before working for CEWEP, Ella was the Managing Director of ITAD, the German association of Waste-to-Energy Plants, and prior to that she was the Director of AGS the German association of hazardous waste companies (public private partnership). Ella has published several articles in German and International journals. She studied law in Germany and France and is aregistered lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwältin). Ella’s first contact with waste policy was during her internship in the European Parliament in 1996, when she drafted a report about waste transports within the EU for the Environment Committee. |

Maciej Mielniczuk, Head of Regulatory Department in Strategy and International Cooperation Section, PGE Polish Energy Group, Poland Member of the Polish Electricity Committee (PKEE). Involved in the works on the RES Act - giving opinion on its successive versions in the legislative and notification of compliance with the internal market to the European Commission. He participates in the working group "RES, CHP, Efficiency Task Force" in The Association of Energy Trading and the RES Council of Polish Confederation Lewiatan. |

Has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies and public administrative authorities. Graduated of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Silesia in Katowice. PhD student in the Section for Legal Issues Related to Environmental Development and Protection at the Legal Sciences Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is lecturer on environmental law for attorney-at-law trainees at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and speaker at numerous academic conferences and workshops dedicated to environmental law. He gained his professional experience, among others, in Mechanical Plant "Zamech", the Elbląg Gas Industry Region. He worked for the local government as Head of the Department of City Engineering and Managing Director of Urban Transport in Elbląg. Since 1999 Director and founder, from scratch, of Waste Treatment Plant. Executive, among others, of projects such as: Rationalisation of municipal waste management and remediation of landfills in Elbląg (2009-2013), Reclamation of municipal waste landfill - bioenergy mound in the district Rubno (2014) or specialized equipment purchase for waste segregation in ZOU Elbląg (2015). Winner of many awards and honourable mention awards for promoting environmental protection and environmental education. |

Since 1990, she is working for Bratislava waste incineration plant belong to the OLO a.s., where she worked as a technician and technologist of chemical processes occurring during the thermal treatment of waste, and since 2006 till now she works as an ecologist.. |

Bożena Przewoźna, Director of Department of Municipal and Housing, the City of Poznań, Poland Graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan Faculty of Production Economics. In 1990-1994 Deputy Mayor of Jarocin City,then President of the Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Września. Since 2000, associated with the City of Poznan, first as Director of the City Engineer Department and since 2004 as a Director of the Department of Municipal and Housing. In 2008 she was appointed by the Mayor of Poznań Cityto be an Agent for the Project Implementation (Measure Authorising Officer - MAO) or the projec "The waste management system for the City of Poznań" covered by a contribution from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2007-2013. Currently oversees the work of Project Implementation Unit "Waste Management System for the City of Poznan". |
| Andrzej Błachowicz, Technical Director, Bluesoft, Poland Andrzej Błachowicz was born in Opole. Graduated of Opole University of Technology on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Computer Science in the fields of science ( Network and Database Systems speciality), Electronics and Electrical Engineering (specializing in Electronic Systems). Degree of doctor of technical sciences in electrical engineering he received in 2014. He is the author and co-author of eighteen scientific publications including three publications in the journal of Science and Technology located in the ranking of Thomson Scientific Master Journal List (Philadelphia's list). He is co-founder, shareholder and director of technology development company BlueSoft Smart Technologies Cluster Sp. o.o. offering solutions in the areas of safety in air traffic and land, and the construction of comprehensive security and logistics systems for industrial plants (enterprises of the cement industry, energy, heating, waste treatment). |

Dariusz Kamiński, President, Metal Expert, Poland Founder and President of the Metal Expert Company, specializing in complex production and services to the energy industry. His knowledge and experience gained during many years of activity on the Polish energy market form one of the key competitive advantages of the company. Trained as an electrical engineer specializing in energy, graduated from Warsaw Technical University and Warsaw-Illinois MBA program developed and implemented jointly by the American University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and University of Warsaw. Dariusz Kamiński, his extensive management experience gained, among others, by holding the position of President of ABB Industrial Components Ltd, Managing Director of CII Group Poland Sp. z o.o or Managing director and President of Elektrim Motor SA, where he was responsible for restructuring the company, which employs 2,300 people. Activities targeting R & D work are inextricably linked to the management of the company Metal Expert. MSc. Aleksandra Majka, Audits and Implementations Specialist in J.S. Hamilton Consulting Graduated of the Faculty of Commodity, speciality Commodities and management of Quality in Maritime Academy in Gdynia. Since 2009, she implements and audits the quality systems, environmental standards and energy. She is co-founder of the due diligence system STD-SNS- 01, the authentication system of biomass origin for energy purposes. She is a specialist in the field of authenticating the origin of biomass for energy purposes and is the coordinator of due diligence implementations, energy crops and the production of biomass for energy purposes audits. She is leading the audits and implementations department in J.S.Hamilton Consulting. |
