Paul Stapleton Paul Stapleton, Managing Director, Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks)
He has almost 30 years experience in the energy industry and NIE Networks in May 2018 from its parent Company, ESB, where he previously held a number of senior management positions including General Manager of Electric Ireland, ESB Group Treasurer and Financial Controller of ESB Networks Limited. He is a committee member of the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland and is a Director of E.DSO and of the UK Energy Networks Association.

Grzegorz Kopacz Grzegorz Kopacz, Innovation Project Manager, Innovation and New Technologies Office, Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.
Has almost 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Currently responsible for research and implementation of innovations, especially in the field of line imaging and network diagnostics, BSL and FDIR systems. He graduated from AGH in the field of electrical engineering and postgraduate studies in the field of "Quality of electricity". He has been managing projects for almost 10 years. Has certificates, PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation and others in the field of project management, soft and specialized skills related to the tasks performed. Previously, he also dealt with implementation of GIS systems, operation and failure of the network, and quality of electricity.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology Electrical Engineering. For 5 years associated with the development of the Spatial Information System (GIS) at innogy Stoen Operator sp.z o.o. Its main success so far has been the implementation of the vectorization of the power grid. Today, it deals with the development of the spatial information system in terms of qualitative regulation and challenges faced by the energy industry.

Owner of KOMAX. Since the late 1980s, he has been dealing with television and telecommunications systems, including cable television, FTTH and satellite TV. In the 1990s he worked at Elektrim TV Cable in Warsaw and has been cooperating with telecommunications operators until the present years. He is the chairman of the PIRC working group on teletechnical installations and a co-author of the amendment to the regulation on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, on which PIRC has worked for 2 years, and which entered into force on 23.02. 2013.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration in Szczecin in the field of Law (MA studies, 2008). In 201, he completed his Legal Advisor apprenticeship and from 2018 he attended the Executive Master of Business Administration Postgraduate Studies run by GFKM in cooperation with the University of Gdańsk and the IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, which help to deepen managerial skills by integrating management, finance and soft skills. From May 2018, he was the General Director of the Gdańsk Branch in Energa Operator S.A. As the General Director of the Gdańsk branch of Energa Operator S.A. he carried out business processes, including operational management of network assets, optimization of investment processes in terms of the efficiency of expenditure incurred, and optimization of processes increasing the economic efficiency of the Branch. After incorporation into the structures of the Company's Branch "Energa Operator Eksploatacja z.o.o." and "Energa Operator S.A. Techniczna Obsługa Odbiorców "Maurycy Kacprzak carried out organizational merger. Until May 2018, he was the President of the Management Board of Energa Operator S.A. Techniczna Usługi Odbiorców Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin, managing the company's operations and supervising the implementation of its key performance indicators. He carried out organizational changes, including a change in the organizational structure and prepared the merger of the company into the structures of Energa Operator S.A. Until June 2017, he was the Manager of the Energy Real Estate Department at the Network Property Office at Energa Operator S.A. The branch in Koszalin with which he was connected continuously since May 2009 when he began working as a specialist. Then in the following years he was responsible for negotiations and conductingregulation of the legal status of energy infrastructure in the State Forests. In Koszalin and Słupsk branches, he was also the Head of the Department until the merger of both Business units. The professional career has been primarily associated with issues of negotiation easement, investment support, management, supervision of the company's activities, implementation of strategic goals and optimization of business processes, including consolidation in enterprises in the energy sector.
Mariola Pilarczyk Mariola Pilarczyk, SIS Project Manager and Head of the Network Information System Office at the Network Asset Management Department at Enea Operator.
Mariola Pilarczyk is employed at Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. as the Manager of the Network Information System Office in the Network Asset Management Department. In addition, he is the SIS Project Manager. She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology in the field of Electrical Engineering. She also completed postgraduate studies in marketing. He has 28 years of professional experience, including 25 years in the energy sector. Her competences include, among others coordination and management of projects implemented in the Company. Is the initiator and person responsible for implementing the GIS system in the company enabling the management of network assets and the process of network passporting

Paul Wilczek joined Eurelectric beginning of 2018 and manages the Distribution & Market Facilitation team. Paul is a German national with 14 years of public advocacy experience in transport and energy policies in Brussels. His previous work assignments were as a senior adviso at Orgalime, the European engineering industries association, and at the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA, now WindEurope). He holds a master’s degree in economics, political sciences and public law from the Universities of Heidelberg and Potsdam.

A graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, he has been operating at the interface of modern technologies and business for 10 years. He spent the first 7 years of his career in companies related to environmental engineering and renewable energy sources, since 2012 he has been working in the IT industry. Areas of professional interest include technical asset management (Enterprise Asset Management), passporting, the use of spatial analytics and GIS technology in large enterprises, digital transformation and the subject of the Internet of Things. Since 2015, an employee of Esri Polska in the Infrastructure and Transport Department, responsible for selling GIS solutions to key clients in this market. He spends private time actively with his family and playing the guitar.
Krzysztof Zakrocki Krzysztof Zakrocki, Project Manager, SmartFactor Sp. z o.o.
For over 5 years associated with geoinformation companies and public administration. He has extensive experience in working in GIS / CAD projects, in particular in the inventory of the road lane and the infrastructure it contains. For three years he has been managing GIS projects providing solutions based on mobile mapping system data, including laser scanning and photo registration for infrastructure management.
