Dariusz Sapinski Dariusz Sapiński, CEO, Mlekovita Capital Group

He graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology on University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. In 1979 he was hired in Wysokie Mazowieckie and since then remaining professionally connected with the dairy industry. In 1985 he become the chairman of the board of the dairy cooperative. In 1992 with his initiative the dairy cooperative adopted the name "Mlekovita". At its base was built one of the largest dairy groups in Poland. From June 2016 the group consists of 16 production plants and 23 distribution centers. Led by Dariusz Sapiński the group has become a national leader in the industry.

She has a degree in chemistry with a diploma with honors from the Warsaw University of Technology. She also graduated from management at the School of Management and Law in Warsaw. She has over 15 years of experience in business development, marketing and team management. She was a member of top management in construction companies, among others, at WODAN Sp. z o.o. and Degussa Construction Chemicals Poland. For more than 6 years she is actively associated with renewable energy. She was preparing wind, photovoltaic and biogas projects throughout all Poland. Currently she is Chairman of the Board of the Union of Producers and Employers  of the Biogas Industry, CEO of Green Energy Sp. z o.o. and Chairman of the Board of the Foundation Promotion of Polish Food.
Witkowski Krzysztof Krzysztof Witkowski, Director, Key Heat & Power Projects Unit, Power Generation Office, PKN ORLEN S.A.

Co-founded Energy Segment in ORLEN Group. Jointly responsible for operations, development of power generation projects as well as trading of electricity. Implementation of Key Heat & Power Projects Unit and maintenance in the energy sector. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology in the department of mechanical energy and aviation. A MBA from the Kozminski University of Warsaw in 2009. Employed in PKN ORLEN since 2011. Previously employed in PGNIG TERMIKA (formerly Vattenfall) since 2004.

Wojciech Stawiany Wojciech Stawiany, Advisor to the President, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management

He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Technology in Śląsk. In his professional activity since 1989 he tackles the issue of ecology, engineering and environmental monitoring. Mr. Stawiany implemented the project " Environmental Management Strategy" of the World Bank for the protection of air and other environmental projects in the industry, in collaboration with EPA / USA in the "Silesia - Katowice - Ostrava" as a Director of the Centre for Research and Environmental Control and Regional Coordinator of environmental monitoring in the region of Katowice in years 1989 - 2003. While working at the National Fund (2003 - 2005) he led the issues of Sectoral Operational Programme "Increase of Economic Competitiveness" through actions in their infrastructure aimed at reducing the impact on the environment. In the years 2005 - 2007 Wojciech Stawiany was the Chief and Deputy Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection. Since 2008 he has been a consultant to the National Fund for Environmental Protection tackles the issue of climate protection - efficiency and improve of energy efficiency (Including smart grids), clean coal technology and associated with these activities environmental and energy effects.
Adam Rajewski Adam Rajewski, Warsaw University of Technology

He has graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2009. Since 2008 he has worked at Wartsila, firstly as a sales support engineer, then business development manager, and finally as manager responsible for Poland and certain projects in Baltic States. During his work he has analysed Polish power system in the context of suitability of gas-fuelled cogeneration for Polish power market, and handled all the sales activity for Wartsila Power Plants in Poland. Except for his work at Wartsila, Rajewski is also employed at the Warsaw University, where he is a junior researcher and academic teacher.
adam duzynski Dr. Adam Dużyński, Institute of Thermal Machinery, Division of Internal Combustion Engines and Control Techniques, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, Czestochowa University of Technology

Dr. Eng. Adam Dużyński deals with subject of piston engines fueled by gas since the early 1980s, making significant contributions in conducted studies on gas engines in the Czestochowa University of Technology, and, in particular, in the achievement of the target project (1996-1998) finalized by starting mass production of the biggest and most modern at that time domestic gas engine 8A20G with a power of 650 kW in Plant H.CEGIELSKI-Poznan SA. In 1998-2005, he utilized industrially the biogas cogeneration unit with this engine in the Sewage Treatment Plant WARTA S.A. in Czestochowa. He is the author or co-author of 140 scientific publications (including the monograph "Analysis of the real technical-operational parameters of gas cogeneration systems"), 9 patents, had supervised overall 67 graduate students, participated in 93 conferences and scientific seminars both home and abroad, visited 44 foreign technical institutes and scientific research institutions. He is responsible for organizing eight international scientific conferences "GAS ENGINES".
Daria Kulczycka Daria Kulczycka, Director of the Energy and Climate Change Department, Lewiatan Confederation

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She is responsible for evaluating regulatory bills and Polish and European environmental and energy strategies and policies.

Advisor to Leviatan's industry unions in the energy, chemical and extractive sectors. Secretary of Lewiatan's Renewable Energy Sources Board and the Gas Board. Member of energy and climate working groups in BUSINESSEUROPE.

Currently, Daria focuses on national energy policy projects, including renewables and energy efficiency, shale gas and the EU 2020 climate and energy policy.

zywica  Ryszard Żywica, President of the Association of Scientific and Technical "Energy and Environment in the dairy industry"

Graduated of the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn, where he earned Master of Science in food technology and Doctor of agricultural sciences in the field of food technology. Then, at the University of Warmia and Mazury he obtained a postdoctoral degree. In 2010, became head of the Department of Industrial Commodities, Fundamentals of Technology and Energy Economy at the Department of Food Science in Olsztyn. Since 2011 he has been associated with the University of Economics in Poznan, where he was a professor of economics. In 2014, he became President of the Association of Scientific and Technical "Energy and Environment in the dairy industry" in Olsztyn.
