We are pleased to announce that Arkadiusz Majoch, Head of the Fuel and Standardisation Team at PKN Orlen will give a lecture during our seminar "Biofuel-law, market, trends". The topic of the lecture is "Trends of development of biofuels and fuels technology". PhD of Technical Sciences (2012) , author of doctoral dissertation dedicated to issues of quality and fuel storage: Models of changes in the operational characteristics of the fuel during prolonged storage. In the period from 2010, his work includes of sustainable development in accordance with the requirements of the RED Directive, Directive of Wastes, Polish regulations of Nature Protection. Presently, as the Manager of Fuels and Standardisation Team in PKN ORLEN he is involved to work in areas of: fuels technology and exploitation, GHG emissions, fuels, biofuels/ bioliquids production. As a result of his involvement in sustainability aspects he is an co-author of work for the Polish Ministry of Economy, entitled "Examination of the methodology for the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions in the life cycle of bio-components and liquid biofuels." The seminar will take place on October 3, 2018 in Warsaw. More
