Msc Artur Michalski, Vice President of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management will take part in the panel discussion during the VIIth edition of the Forum of Biomass and Waste. In the years 2006-2008 he was the Vice-President of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. During this time he was also the Vice-President of Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw, he resumed his function in December of 2015.
