Investments, fuels, technologies", Dr. Ing. Beata Kłopotek, Advisor of the Minister of the Environment will tell about the National Waste Management Plan and the Legal and organizational framework of the new financial perspective in 2014-2020, and also about the place of waste incineration in the target municipal waste management system.Beata Kłopotek working in the Ministry of Environment since 1999. She held the position from chief specialist of the department to the department director. She is an expert particularly in problems of waste management.
