We invite you to participate in the seventh annual international conference concerning the use of biomass and waste for energy purposes - the 7th Forum of Biomass and Waste, which will be held on March 1st, 2018 in Warsaw. The forthcoming 7th edition of the Forum in 2018 will focus on the opportunities of biomass and waste markets, particularly in business, legal and technical areas. The experts will assess the potential of biomass and alternative fuels (RDF, SRF) on the market and will discuss development policy in the power market, cooperatives and energy clusters as well as the so called winter package. Jest to wydarzenie cykliczne organizowane od 2011 r. podczas którego Izba stara się podejmować ważne kwestie dotyczące wpływu polityki klimatyczno-energetycznej UE na polską gospodarkę i społeczeństwo. Obecna edycja ma wypracować i upowszechnić w środowiskach politycznych i gospodarczych UE, stanowisko Krajowej Izby Gospodarczej w sprawie wyzwań wynikających z porozumień paryskich COP 21, COP 23 oraz Szczytu G20. Andrzej Kaźmierski, Director of the Department of Renewable Energy, Ministry of Energy has confirmed his participation in the third edition of the seminar "Energy Clusters, Cooperatives and Virtual Power Plants in Poland" which will take place on 30 of January in Warsaw. Kaźmierski will discuss the concept of functioning and financial support of the energy clusters in Poland, according to the Ministry of Energy. More

We are pleased to inform you that Jerker Delsing from Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, will be a speaker of the 3rd edition of the seminar "Energy Clusters, Cooperatives and Virtual Power Plants in Poland". Prof. Delsing will elaborate about the Arrowhead Program, the aim of which is to develop technical solutions related to the automation of co-operation between the various elements of the energy cooperation, ie: energy producers, intelligent buildings, intelligent infrastructure, electro-mobility infrastructure and virtual power plants. The project coordinator is Luleå University of Technology and partners include educational institutions and technology companies such as Honeywell, Schneider and Indra. The seminar will take place on January 30, 2018 in Warsaw. More
